New Start.
I’m tired of being the way I am. I’m a freshman in college and there is literally always food. I’ve managed to not gain weight but I’d rather lose weight than maintain.
Tomorrow is Monday. It’s not a really busy day tomorrow so I will work out and start regulating my eating habits.
